Wiehan de Bruin

Wiehan obtained his B.Com Law with Business Management and LL.B degrees at the North-West University, Potchefstroom.

He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and was subsequently also admitted as a Notary Public and a Conveyancer.

He joined the Van de Wall Inc team in 2014 and became a director in 2018.

Wiehan provides a wide range of services in the Property Law Department. These services include conventional transfers as well as estate late transfers, mortgage bonds and securities, donations, sectional title schemes, opening of townships, transfers for municipalities, rezoning, consolidations, subdivisions and expropriation of land and registrations and cancellation of servitudes.
